1.  Go Dancing
Everyone likes to dance right? Make it a habit to go out dancing at least once a week, it's a great way to have fun and also get a little bit of exercise in at the same time.  Of course, you can completely sabotage all your work by drinking, so make sure you're the designated driver that day.
2.  Ride Your Bike To Work
Here's a great idea that many people are implementing already due to the high gas prices, ride your bike to work.  Just get a helmet and a simple bike for a couple of hundred dollars and bike your way to work.  You will have to wake up a bit earlier, but you'll not only be getting yourself to work here, but you'll be getting in a good amount of cardio which will result in weight loss.
3.  Portion Control
One real key to losing weight is to control how much you eat in any 1 sitting.  Make sure you're using smaller plates and eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day if you want to lose weight.
