Best Weight Loss Programs - Looking For the Best Program? Here's a Simple Plan For You to Follow

Looking for the best weight loss programs to follow?  There are many different weight loss programs out there, from Atkins, to CKD, to the South Beach Diet, Jenny Craig, it can be hard to figure out where to begin and what you should be doing.
It really doesn't have to be all that complicated though.  I'm going to show you one of the best weight loss programs you can start yourself off with and what kind of foods you should be eating.
Basically, if you want to lose a lot of weight, you need to start eating only complex carbohydrates mixed in with some lean meats and unsaturated fats.  If you're not sure what kinds of foods these are, you're basically looking at oatmeal, brown rice, brown bread, skim milk, chicken, fish and nuts.
As far as what kind of meals you can make with all of this, here are a few ideas:
1.    Breakfast : Oatmeal + Protein Shake
This is a great breakfast to go with, it is high in protein and complex carbs.  You can add some unsweetened apple sauce and cinnamon to the oatmeal to spice it up, even add some splenda to it, but do not use any form of sugared oatmeal if you want to lose weight it will not happen on that.
2.     Lunch : Turkey Breast On Whole Wheat + Salad
Here's a nice lunch idea, you get a good amount of carbs here as well as your lean meat in the turkey breast.  Be careful with the salad dressing though, don't go overboard!
3.     Dinner : Chicken + Brown Rice
Chicken with a side of brown rice, it's a perfect meal.  Now If you want to round this off with some healthy fats, you can add a handful of any kind of nut to this too, be it almonds, cashews or walnuts.
This is just one of the best weight loss programs you can adopt.  Of course it is best to expand on this and make it into 5-6 smaller meals a day, but I'll leave that up to you.
